Hi, I'm Ben. I am a creative development chef, food stylist and culinary consultant with over 24 years of hands on experience working within the food industry. Based in Leeds and Manchester my work takes me around the UK and internationally. Including jobs in Tokyo, Copenhagen, London, Dubai, Portland, Milan & New York.
I work with restaurants and food brands like yours to help you improve what you do. From menu design, menu writing, menu costings, staff training and kitchen operations through to full concept creation.
Alongside restaurant consultancy I offer expert food styling services for commercial and editorial imagery and video. Let me help you make your food really sing!
